Welcome to the Content Kitchen Co website and application (the "Service"), operated by LureForce Co. LTD. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Vietnam.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

The Service is an AI-powered web application designed for food styling and photography. It allows users to upload original images of food products and props, input creative directives, and generate high-resolution (up to 4K) variations of these images using artificial intelligence.

2. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

Limited Availability: The Service is currently operating under an "Early Bird" program limited to a specific number of active seats. We reserve the right to close registration once this cap is reached.

3. Subscription and Payments

Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly). The current rate is $29 per month.

Credits: Each monthly cycle provides you with an allowance of 120 image generations. Unused credits [do/do not] roll over to the next month (You should decide this policy; usually, they do not rollover).

Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, you must submit a cancellation request via email to solutions@lureforce.com

• Processing Time: Cancellation requests are processed manually by our administrative team. You acknowledge that it may take up to 7 working days to process your request.

• Timing: To avoid being charged for the subsequent billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation email at least 7 working days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

• Effect of Cancellation: If a cancellation request is received less than 7 working days before the billing date, you may be charged for the upcoming month, and the cancellation will become effective at the end of that billing cycle.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the content and the immediate cost of AI processing, all fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly approved by our support team.

4. Intellectual Property and Commercial Rights

A. Your Input

You retain all rights and ownership of the original images ("Input Data") you upload to the Service. By uploading Input Data, you grant LureForce Co. LTD. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, host, and modify this data solely for the purpose of generating your requested images.

B. AI-Generated Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of fees:

Ownership: You are granted full commercial ownership of the images generated by the Service ("Output").

Commercial Use: You may use the Output for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to social media marketing, websites, print menus, and advertising campaigns.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload images that you do not own or do not have the right to use.

Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, pornographic, or promotes violence.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service.

Share your account credentials with multiple users (unless participating in a Corporate/Enterprise plan).

6. AI Disclaimer

Accuracy: While our Service is designed to maintain the integrity of your food product, AI generation is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that every generated image will be perfect or physically possible.

Artifacts: Generated images may occasionally contain visual artifacts or inconsistencies common to Generative AI.

Similarity: Given the nature of AI models, it is theoretically possible (though unlikely) that distinct users providing very similar inputs could receive similar outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LureForce Co. LTD., its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service up and running 24/7. However, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages. We are not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result of such outages. We may also temporarily limit access to maintain server stability during periods of high demand.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vietnam.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
